Parents Association
Welcome to the St Albans Early Childcare Center
We are glad that you have found our website and invite you to become an active member of our SAECC community! SAECC at the newly opened Tenleytown campus with its amazing classrooms, specialty learning rooms, library, gymnasium and an extensive outdoor area and playground serve as an important part of the local Tenleytown/AU Park neighborhood. As a direct neighbor to Janney Elementary School, our bond with the area has grown strong since the first day we moved into our space at the former St Ann’s School. Regardless of your connection to our school, we want you to feel welcome. If you aren't yet familiar with our school, come by and meet us, and come see our amazing school facility!
We are very proud of our children here at SAECC, and of the educational programs and vision provided by SAECC's outstanding Executive Director Donna C Mason. She, along with the incredible teaching and support staff, has created a wonderful learning environment that is very supportive of our children.
SAECC has seen its community grow since the opening of the Tenleytown campus. The success at SAECC is reflected in many ways including by our ability to provide the type of small nurturing school environment that most folks at the childcare level can only dream of. And, because of the rich diversity of our school, SAECC’s educational environment is further enhanced by the cultural traditions brought to the school by students and parents from around the world.
Another sign of success at SAECC can be found in the true partnership that exists between our school administrators, teachers, and parents. As a relatively small school community, SAECC’s success depends upon parents to engage in the life of our school, as not only volunteers but also as supporters and advocates. We welcome all to our growing SAECC community, and we encourage your participation and involvement by becoming part of our Parent’s Association. SAECC is truly a special community thanks to our families and neighbors that make up this community. Join us in continuing to make our community even stronger.
