Infants
Research-based and child-focused, the curriculum implemented at SAECC uses a carefully designed process of learning whereby caregivers encourage infants to discover the world around them by exploring and playing. Our loving teachers spend a lot of time cuddling and talking to your baby to instill trust and provide a healthy early learning experience for movement, exploration, and communication. The Infant Room teachers follow stringent state safety guidelines and you can be assured of a safe, secure, and positive environment where your child can grow and develop a sense of identity and self-confidence.

Toddlers
During their time with us your child will learn to count, discover writing and music, and start building toward following simple instructions, writing, and potty training. Enrichment activities include Yoga, My Gym, Spanish, Soccer and Music. Toddlers have fun engaging in imaginative play with props and dress-up clothes. Much of this will include group play where your child will make friends and learn cooperation and taking turns

Our educational curriculum is based on child-initiated and teacher-facilitated activities.
Preschool
We take their confidence to the next level with hands-on education. Your 3- to 4-year-old child is ready for structured learning activities that touch on early literacy, math, science and social studies. Our program balances these subjects with opportunities for independent exploration and a healthy dose of running, jumping and playing. Children ages 3 to 5 gain necessary skills to ensure school readiness, build confidence, boost self-esteem and make new friends.
Learning the Right Things
SAECC introduces themed units that encourage curiosity and increases confidence. We teach patterning and sorting by shape, size and color; simple experiments; singing, dancing, mimicking and other expressive tasks and small motor activities such as digging and constructing. It's not all work and no play. We ensure there's plenty of time for independent play, dance and music, as well as small and large group activities. Children also have free play opportunities to socialize and exercise their energetic bodies. Enrichment activities include Yoga, Soccer Shots, Music and Spanish.
